[/quote] I looked (and went back 4 pages) it seems there are behavioral problems in the MS, non-specific teacher turnover/availability issues, and leadership turnover (which will likely be rectified through hiring). Its not very obvious to me that those issues would mean not bidding on it for the preK3 lotto next year.[/quote]
