[/quote] OP here, we're in Northern Virginia and there is definitely no tanking happening here - move in ready and decently price homes are being snapped up. A few houses we've seen are still on the market a week later, but those are houses that had some major flaws (terrible location, priced high but needed a ton of work, etc.). [/quote]
