+1. To put icing on the cake while VDOE ignored sped kids during the shut down they eventually came back offering tutoring in hopes of playing catch up. This was before[/b] Youngkin was even elected so he can't even attempt to claim this as his idea.[/quote]

Yeah but APS never even did this.  They were stingy about recovery services and most families didn’t get them. [/quote]
