I hadn't thought about Russia's attack on Crimea, and the other Malaysian plane that the Russians accidentally shot down 4 months later. I wonder if they accidentally shot down this plane as well. They are not exactly organized.  Or did it to distract the world from Crimea.

However; I think the idea of three Russians getting into the bowels of the plane to take over the plane etc is too complicated and don't really think the Russian culture is such that they are expecting 72 virgins on the other end. But hate that Netflix has shown every nutjob how to climb into the "brains" of the plane.

I also don't think the theory of tihe US shooting it down makes sense, because I don't think the pilot would have ignored military aircraft ordering the plane to turn around or be shot down.

Nnot explored on Netflix is maybe rather than something top secret, there was just something explosive in the baggage  that was not x-rayed.  That's a fairly straightforward explanation.[/quote]
