So many come out for the team, and so many are incredibly talented, that if you aren't there all the time, they know they can replace you with someone who will be there all the time. Our child, on crutches mid-season, attended every practice (even in bad weather), in addition to all remaining games, because they wanted to show dedication and a good attitude, so they would make the team the following year.[/quote]
