Had they read the room and passed along the 95% of the bill that was non-controversial to the Congress post election all would have been well. They put national Dems in a bad position and for what, exactly? So what should have been done, responsibly, will happen now, after a blow to statehood instead? On another + safety note, a bill was introduced to keep SROs in DC schools, sponsored by Gray, Pino and T. White. [/quote]
