Breakfast - Fage 2% plain single serve container (100)
1/2 frozen wild blueberries (40)
Dinner- cook unity meal firecracker chicken (550)
Snack- La Maison Du Chocolat 4 pieces (120)
This is so sad. I hope you get the help you need
I'm okay. I would eat lunch but I work nightshift at the hospital. It's hard to fit meals in when I need to sleep during the day. <3
You get a "lunch" break at work. Don't you eat or drink anything all day/night at work?

What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight?
Night shift or not, you need to eat a meal at work. I can't imagine working an 8-12 hr shift and not eating anything.
You are not getting enough calories- or even close, for basic body function. Your body will be eating your muscle for energy if you keep this up, and pulling minerals from your bones

We eat veggies. A lot of out delivered meals are vegetarian or veggie heavy.
These aren't frozen meals. They are fresh , toss in the oven meals.
No they aren’t. I get cook unity. And the vegetables are almost always starches: potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, there’s almost never a real veggie side unless you separately order them.
OP, You can and should eat unlimited quantities of fruits and vegetables in addition to what you’re eating. You also need more than one serving a day of protein. Try adding in a snack of dry roasted almonds or cashews daily, it’s healthier.

Anonymous wrote:The cook unity meals are really overloaded with fat and salt in my experience. I would switch to factor.
