For people who don't have side effects (like me), the medication is very effective--without vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, etc. Whenever I start a new medication, my doctors tell me to report back on any side effects so they can put me on something else, lower the dose, or whatever. Same thing applies to Wegovy and other drugs like it.[/quote]
