I lost over 100lbs. Very important to not over eat, when you are full, STOP EATING. If you overeat, you will pay, it’s coming out one way our another. Drink water, eat as much protein as you can and exercise.

Yes. I plan to be on it for a long time. I was over 300lbs, now down to my lowest of 154. I was invited back by Novo Nordisk to be in a maintenance trial.
