so funny, but I agree. To be that young and be out of shape is just unfathomable to me--and I don't particularly want to look at anyone who lets themselves look a doughy 45 year old when they're in their 20s. I'll forgive a gal a whole hell of lot after 40, though...esp if not too wrinkly. Stay out of the sun, young Shirleys![/quote]

I feel the same way about some of the young women I work with, to be totally honest. No, I'm not perfect, but I'm a 40 year old mother of two, working full-time outside the home, and I get my biscuit to the gym 5-6 mornings a week and eat unprocessed foods as much as possible so that I'll look and feel good. And then I see these 20-something women walking around my office all shlumpy, and I'm like please girls, what are you so busy with that you don't at least have time to take a 30 minute walk once a day and iron your clothes?
