Did not want estimate or car fixed. I delayed going by a day as had a work meeting and he called my insurance. Which in turn got my rates jacked. I tried to pay him but was so sketchy. He then disappeared leaving me with a zero payout open claim on an at fault accident. He ended up no money, car not fixed and my rates jacked up. [/quote]
