Chain him to a chair? Maybe he refuses to pay child support and the process takes FOREVER. Or hey, maybe he died. That could be a possiblity. He didn't, but he did move out of state and leave us to fend for ourselves. Asshole. And yes, I did loan my BROTHER my car, are you saying you wouldn't ever loan a family member your car?
