It never ceases to amaze me how some people lack a basic understanding of nutrition. The juice is nature's way of getting you to eat the orange...which has fiber. Drinking orange juice is no better than drinking soda. You are just giving yourself a sugar high. [/quote] I can't decide who's worse: someone who thinks that a splash of juice heavily diluted in water is "no better than drinking soda" or "mainlining sugar," or someone who thinks that a splash of juice renders water no longer water.
