Right? I don't add juice to my water, but there's no way that a little splash of actual fruit juice is that many calories or clearly worse for you than fake sugar.

+1. It never ceases to amaze me how some people lack a basic understanding of nutrition. The juice is nature's way of getting you to eat the orange...which has fiber. Drinking orange juice is no better than drinking soda. You are just giving yourself a sugar high.
