If they used licensed daycares why wouldn't that be clearly spelled out?  They appear to side step the answer.  IF they are not using licensed in home daycare then they are running a shady operation and the daycares would be illegal.

That's true. The weecare takes information from the Maryland Network Locate. I think weecare charges parents. My provider said weecare took her info and made a page of her daycare business and they keep telling her there's families who are interested and needs to join weecare.
The provider said no thanks. She doesn't like when apps takes her information from public official websites like the Maryland Network LOCATE.
