There is a lot of English everywhere and roman letters are on many signs. Worry about language should be the least of your concerns when traveling abroad as a tourist. Just point to stuff or use Google translate to get a broken message across. The world is too interesting and is a big place to sit at home and make decisions to or to not travel to certain places just because there's no English. Heck, half the fun is pointing to a menu item you can't read and seeing what you'll get as a surprise.[/quote]
