You’re eating 10-12 breakfasts every day? That’s so much food! Impressive![/quote] Yes, that's what I eat every morning. I just followed the instructions on the egg white carton, five servings. Same with steel-cut oatmeal. I switched my diet to plant-based twelve months ago and I feel great eversince. My 20 years old college son is home for the winter break from UVA and he eats the exact same thing I am eating but three times the size. He has been on a plant-based diet for the past two years and he is in excellent shape. He spends 90 minutes everyday in the gym working out. I feel much lighter and have much more energy with a plant-based diet.[/quote]
