I’d read one should rest every 2 days.[/quote] Of course! I’m so enthusiastic about the Hard Core on the Floor calendar to use with the Peloton app. I’ve been using it for years. A trainer (not associated with Peloton) moderates a Facebook group of fitness minded people and she suggests classes to take each day (with two rest days). It’s usually 10 minutes of core, then 30 minutes of either upper body, lower body, or full body work. It’s completely changed my body composition, highly recommend it! But if that sounds too structured, just find movement you enjoy doing and commit to it at least a few times a week. [/quote]
