What we do know: SROs are a deterant, and all the kids in MCPS know the SROs were defunded/removed from schools. This kid felt so free to run wild that he invited his friends to watch and live-stream him shooting another human being, knowing the SROs had been banned from the building by MCPS.[/quote]
