First of all, no amount of money will keep my colleagues in the building after this year. This year has been insane. So many people have already quit. Second, anyone trying to stay in the teaching profession (in this areas)2 , will likely move to DCPS. I know I am. Three friends across different counties are. 5 in MCPS. 2 are going abroad.
