[/quote] 3% income tax is rather low. Those sales taxes and property taxes are moderately low. Military pension and SS income not included in income tax base. Lots of nice places to hike in the summer, close to civilization and several major international airports. Both spouse and I born and raised in the NE and lived on east coast most of our lives.[/quote]
