Op here. This sounds interesting. We have done AZ when kids were younger. They loved the Phoenix zoo and kid activities. This would be a totally different experience. Kids have never been to Vegas or the Grand Canyon.

If you want to do Arches, fly into Vegas and do Arches-Bryce-Zion, with maybe the Hoover Dam, Death Valley or North Rim tacked on.  Don't do Phoenix + Arches.[/quote]

Arches is the complete opposite side of Utah from Bryce and Zion. Vegas is far. The better option for Arches is to fly into Grand Junction to drive to Moab. Arches\Zion/Bryce/Grand Canyon is a truly insane itinerary in the time span of spring break. [/quote]
