I don’t want to injure myself so I take it slow, but I’ve seen a definite transformation in my body. This is ideal for someone with not a lot of time who doesn’t want the hassle of going to the gym. Many people ENJOY the gym and like using gym equipment. So it depends on OP’s preferences! [/quote]
