Can I ask why you dislike it?

Thanks for asking pp.
I am Curious about this too!
Bench sets what do you need on your floor?

I second this. It’s free and she’s amazing.
I third Caroline Girvan! Start with her 5-day beginner Epic program. Then you can work up to her 10-week Epic or pick and choose a workout. Don't be intimidated by her muscles. She is really the best and is FREE.

I suggest getting a trainer for a few months to learn real lifting exercises (squats, deadlifts, etc) then you’ll be able to do it yourself in a gym whenever is convenient. You can also do most of that at home with kettlebells and a bench.
I don’t think you actually lift ON the Peloton bike? They have separate workouts that you can stream. They do ‘real lifting exercises’.
