For some kids it was their first choice, for others they didn't get into Tech so they went to JMU. I have a 10th grader for whom I think JMU would be a great fit so I am very attracted by its rise.

+1. I grew up here in NOVA and I have so many friends who went to JMU. All of them loved the experience and are successful adults (some very successful!). I also have several friends with kids there and they are also really happy. I actually can’t think of anyone I know who wasn’t happy at JMU. [/quote]
