Trader Joe's turkeyless roast. We tried it last year and that and Field Roast are my favorite options in that genre. The quorn one posted upthread is tasty but less festive and there are a few minute at the start of cooking it that the film smells so weird I wouldn't want anything else in the oven with it...it does go away after a few minutes and start smelling good though. The tofurkey one tasted gross to me.
+1 on the TJ’s turkeyless roast. All of our sides are vegetarian, so the main is turkey and turkeyless roast. That said, I am totally trying the mushroom Wellington for Christmas. It looks like a great vegetarian entree, and the meat eaters in my family may even enjoy it along with the prime rib.
