Definitely don’t drink calories. For women especially strength training is more valuable than cardio, especially since “cardio” to most isn’t very intense and long enough anyhow. And be kind to yourself and give it time. And don’t just “drink more water.” Make that what you drink. The flat kind.
What about San Pelligrino for added nutrients?
I can’t tell if you are joking, but San Pellegrino is just sparkling water with sugar in it. Just drink plain water or a zero calorie drink if you are aiming to lose weight. I don’t usually recommend diet soda but honestly if you are just starting out with diet changes and cutting out sugar, it can help with cravings to have one. But agree, just drink water as your default.
