I can’t tell if you are joking, but San Pellegrino is just sparkling water with sugar in it. Just drink plain water or a zero calorie drink if you are aiming to lose weight. I don’t usually recommend diet soda but honestly if you are just starting out with diet changes and cutting out sugar, it can help with cravings to have one.
But agree, just drink water as your default.
