The Task Force absolutely, 100% calls for fewer police. There are over 80 recommendations, including reducing staffing in Wheaton and Silver Spring by 50%. It even speculates about taking away officers’ weapons. Perhaps you should read it before commenting on Elrich’s plans. [/quote]
