I told other close family (in-laws, etc. not random cousins) after the 7 or 8-week dating ultrasound, where they found a heartbeat. It was not guaranteed at that point but my other miscarriages were earlier than that so I felt a bit safer. I told the rest of the world at 14 weeks (after the NIPT screening came back negative).
