And at the hotel pic. 8600 block of Westwood has access roads or driveways to 2 hotels and only 1 has that location for an address. The other one is a closed Sheraton -address route 7- closed and sold by Marriott. So who wants to live in Tysons? That Sheraton was not really walkable to stuff and what's the vacancy rate on apts?
