GPA was like 3.95? plenty APs but had like a couple of Bs on core sbjects. B on AP Calc I think
This is probably why coudn't break into T25ish schools like USC(CS) Cornell(IS) 
Northeastern was like frist choice after those T25ish schools.

People should not assume this is the 'norm.'  Northeastern only accepted 7% for 2022 (it's previously been explained why) and merit aid (setting aside need-based) does not come easy.  This person's kid has excellent stats and probably great ECs, plus could be other unstated hooks.[/quote]

Oh this was class of 2025. Sophomor now.  
Some art related ECs and a couple of city and state level awards.

Last year was a totall blackhole. Hope it goes back to normal this year.[/quote]
