You just do it....like they're doing with missing middle housing upzoning. And you think the one consultant the County hired to look into the transportation issue is the one and only true perspective? Changes need to be made - it's not the most "workable" as-is - but it can be done. There is already an 1100-seat middle school and a 500(?) seat elementary school on the site. So why couldn't a 1600 seat high school "work" from a transportation perspective?[/quote]
