I had a wonderful 4 years, but I did not think very hard about the amount of white privilege on that campus. Only through connecting with classmates on social media more recently have I come to the realization that the school largely lacked diversity. I am hoping for a more diverse school for my child. I was a bit outside the mold as a northern liberal that didn’t come from a ton of money. My parents did ok, but they were public servants. [/quote]
