[/quote] I think several posters are saying, yes, there can be harm in tutoring a kindergartner. Burnout, for one. And resenting the parent who is cancelling playtime, for another. And like an earlier PP, I too have heard that kids learn many important skills from just playing, for example swinging on the jungle gym helps with spatial perception and geometry down the road.[/quote]
