thin is always in but now you need to have big boobs and a butt, toned legs w/ thigh gap. no way to achieve this naturally
This. These body trends at this point only apply to people willing to go under the knife and get often dangerous procedures like BBL. Even extreme dieting/exercise can’t achieve this. But it’s also possible to just ignore it altogether. I mean, look at Hollywood— actresses don’t look like this and are not having this work done, for the most part. They might be optimizing their diets and working with trainers and using any manner of shape wear, and they certainly have work done on their faces, but not even they will try and alter their bodies like this. It’s just influencers and reality stars, half of whom are borderline (or actual) porn models/producers (via Only Fans accounts or similar). I don’t aspire to that.
Great point. Although I would say a lot of actresses are clearly underweight. Not all, of course. But that super skinny actress look also really has t changed much over the years. Maybe I am imagining it but pop stars and musicians seem to have a wider variety of body presentations than in the past. Not just super skinny and super big but also average.
