This. These body trends at this point only apply to people willing to go under the knife and get often dangerous procedures like BBL. Even extreme dieting/exercise can’t achieve this.
But it’s also possible to just ignore it altogether. I mean, look at Hollywood— actresses don’t look like this and are not having this work done, for the most part. They might be optimizing their diets and working with trainers and using any manner of shape wear, and they certainly have work done on their faces, but not even they will try and alter their bodies like this.
It’s just influencers and reality stars, half of whom are borderline (or actual) porn models/producers (via Only Fans accounts or similar). I don’t aspire to that.
