That info. could be wrong, but I'm assuming that TM was shot during the altercation and shot in the chest. So, in that circumstance, I still say it's a matter of who threw the first punch. I do agree with you there could be circumstances under which TM threw the first punch, but no longer posed a threat, and then was shot. Under that circumstance, it wouldn't matter if TM threw the first punch. [/quote]
