            Day usually consists of between 2 and 8 hours of Teams/Zoom/WebEx meetings
            Lots of reading/listening to status from others on what they’ve done and what their problems are.
            Around a hundred emails throughout the day.  Drafting Word documents, signing things.  Excel spreadsheets.  PowerPoint.
            Somewhere in here bring some lunch to the standing desk.  Eat it between meetings (or sometimes w/camera off)
            Reviewing proposals, evaluations, etc.  Try to figure out where money (or something) will make good things happen.  Sometimes strategically, usually tactically.
6:30pm Back to the kitchen to get dinner things prepared.  We do always have dinner together as a family!
8:00pm Catch up on news, social media, DCUM, etc.  Also some work email with people on West Coast time, so they don't have to wait overnight.
9:00pm Household chores.  Laundry.  Dishes.  Planning weekends etc.  Personal email.  General adulting.
10:30pm Upstairs, often reading.  Sometimes Netflix-style entertainment, sometimes online coursework.
12:00pm approximate lights out.
