[/quote] DP, but some people absolutely are genetically disposed to be overall leaner than others, i.e., lower body fat all over. Most of the rest of us, though, tend to carry fat in certain places. Mine all goes to my hips and thighs, so it’s easier for me to have a defined back and arms. I’d have to starve myself to get defined legs. Others, it’s the opposite.[/quote]
