Sure, it will be easier for some than others, but the recipe is the same for all: lift weights and get lean.
Absolutely agree! Having back muscles is not genetic.
People that carry fat in their stomach area also carry more around back too. Stomach rolls and bra strap rolls go hand in hand

No, where you store fat is generic. Anyone can be lean.
