Is the meat inside already cooked?[/quote] They are uncooked and amazing. I’ve tried both Facebook and Bob’s Shanghai, and there is no comparison. Bob’s are bigger, much better flavor. They sell them in bags of 50 and include a container of the traditional black vinegar ginger sauce and a handful of steamer liners. We use a bamboo steamer kit from Amazon with a silicon liner (just like bobs) and cook 6 in each tray. After 15 minutes, they look and taste identical to an in store order. I’ve had XLB at Joes Shanghai in NYC and Din Tai Fung, and imho Bobs is easily on par or better than both.[/quote]
