Not of the historic building, but north of the building toward H street, and where the parking garage is. They may be letting it go in order to make a better case they need federal $ to fix it up again. But I also read that the business that is the landlord for all the shops and stuff there is bankrupt and hasn’t been maintaining the place. It shows. [/quote]
