[/quote] Nope, not only has Wisconsin gerrymandered a 50-50 state to a 70% electoral advantage (Maryland isn't a 50-50 state) they also changed the rules, so appointments from Scott Walker do not expire until the replacements are confirmed, but with a gerryamndered majorry, no one new can be confirmed. So they have locked out the Democratic Governor from making appointments or you know, governing.[/quote]
