Sometimes younger kids move groups a little more quickly while slower swimmers might stay and extra year, so those are guidelines. NCap North is in VA so it may different Coaching is different in that each coach has their own personality and focus, but NCap is known for their excellent coaching.[/quote] NCAP North is in Germantown. But if KSAC and GP are convenient locations for OP I wouldn’t even think about North.[/quote]
