Riemer lost me with his poor treatment of county employees. He is partly responsible for the demise of MCPD, which is why they are currently understaffed and struggling to fill recruit classes. He continues to attack them, refusing to acknowledge the very good work they already do. I’d be thrilled to hear that he went on a ride-along or attended the citizen’s academy so he could learn a little bit about them. [/quote]
