The only way he gets 8 hours is if he goes to bed at a reasonable hour, which he won't do, or if I let him sleep in until noon, which I can no longer do because it is severely impacting my own mental health. I have recommended he go to bed at a reasonable hour, but if he refuses to, there is not much I can do. [/quote]
