I went through a year of sailing sweats. I found that cotton percale sheets were good, but cotton nightgowns and pj's were awful. They would become soaked and then I would have a cold flash. Actually the thin rayon plus spandex pjs or gowns wicked and dried out faster and we're less hot and soggy. Several were just cheap sleeveless aline summer dresses from target. Would keep an extra one by the bed and change out in the middle of the night as needed. [/quote]
