I think you have one cycle and get to use all your frozen embros and if you don't have a baby they will refund your fee minus donor compensation and meds expense. When I called Dominion they took my insurance info so I hope they would be able to bill something to my insurance.  If not I guess I will have to pay OOP for the bloodworks and ultrasounds, there should not be that many.  Also I heard that Dominion does not mind seeing you after you got your BFP and will monitor you until you are released to OB, whereas SG refuses to see you for PG ultrasounds.
I don't mind answering questions if it helps you to make up your mind to choose the best clinic for your situation.
