There were more this week. I don't know why they think after 3 weeks they will miraculously get an influx of bids with super high escalation clauses if this last batch didn't satisfy them above asking. Such a stupid tactic, if you can call it that.

NP. People just say she’s a shark and she has a big presence in DC, she promotes herself everywhere. I’m curious if this is how her listings often go. Can she really get over asking for this place? What’s the strategy here?[/quote]
